Furla Ficus Coffee Table

Beech and ficus appear across the CUF Home collection, but the workshop uses them in different ways. This guide compares the pieces that are already listed in the catalogue. It does not add an unrecorded grade, age or source for either timber.

Where CUF Home uses beech

Beech appears in carved frames and structured bases. Nayla Baroque Console Table and Hania Baroque Console Table use carved beech beneath Dark Emperador marble. Dania Console uses beech with carved leaves and a veneer top. The chair collection also uses beech: Dania Armchair, Lumina, The Emperor, Yasoba, Azalea, Azur and Zend all list beech in their recorded materials.

Beech also forms mirror frames. Horus, Moira and Lamees pair wood frames with Belgian mirror glass. On these products, the frame shape, carving and finish are central to the design.

Where CUF Home uses ficus

Ficus appears where the natural slab, edge or stump is meant to remain visible. Dindy, Dorra, Furla, Mera and Qurma all feature that natural form. Some combine a ficus top with a separate beech base.

Choosing between them

Choose by the shape and use shown on the product page. A carved chair, console or mirror frame points to beech in this collection. A visible slab, live edge or stump points to ficus. Ask for the exact recorded size and current photographs before ordering. Delivery is quoted before payment.
